Tabatha and Andy’s love story began when they were just 19, a chance meeting on a night out that blossomed into a beautiful relationship spanning over nine years. Their journey together led them to Hamilton Island, where Andy orchestrated a moment that would take Tabatha completely by surprise.

The Proposal

Andy proposed to Tabatha on Hamilton Island on the 22nd September 2024.

On the way to what Tabatha thought was just another romantic dinner, Andy suggested they stop to take in the sunset from a hilltop lookout. As the sky turned golden, she turned back to find him down on one knee, holding the ring she had fallen in love with a year before. Completely shocked and over the moon, she said yes to forever.

What is your favourite aspect of your ring?
It’s a hexagon cut, so timeless and different I fell in love straight away.

Why did you choose Class A?
I showed Andy a year before the proposal and he remembered! When the time came, he went straight to Class A Jewellers, knowing exactly what I loved. It was an effortless choice.
