Where are you located?
Our showroom and jewellers' workshop is located at 40 North East Road, Walkerville, South Australia 5081. There is a car park accessible via Fuller Street.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday - Wednesday and Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday: 9:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Do I have to book an appointment to visit your showroom?
Not at all! You're welcome to visit us any time during our opening hours.
Manufacturing
How long does the manufacturing process take?
Our manufacturing process takes five to six weeks, depending on the design.
Do you offer custom design services?
Absolutely - custom designs are our specialty! Simply book a Bespoke Consultation here and our design specialist will assist you in designing your perfect piece.
Do you remodel jewellery?
We certainly do! Please book an obligation-free consultation here to discuss what we can do for you.
Can you create a piece of jewellery for me with gemstones I provide?
Yes, we can. Please book a Bespoke Consultation here to discuss your desired design.
Will my ring be made on-site?
Yes, your ring will be manufactured in our on-site workshop.
Do you offer lab grown diamonds?
Yes, we do. We can either provide you with a custom quote for your desired design or you can make your selection from our existing range of lab grown diamond jewellery.
Other Services
Do you repair jewellery?
We sure do! With an on-site workshop, we offer a range of repair services. To obtain a repair quote, please bring your item in for assessment by one of our jewellers.
How much does it cost to have a ring resized?
Ring resizes are quoted on a case-by-case basis as there are a range of factors that can affect the price (the design of the ring and how it's been manufactured, how many sizes smaller or larger it needs to be, the metal the ring is made of, etc). When you visit our showroom, our jewellers can assess the ring, measure your finger and provide you with an obligation-free quote on-the-spot.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer a 6-month layby plan, allowing you to collect your piece once it has been paid for in full.
Can you engrave my jewellery?
Yes, our jewellers can personalise your item of jewellery with laser or hand engraving. Please bring the piece into our showroom for a quote.
Do you offer permanent jewellery soldering?
We do! Our permanent jewellery soldering experience is called Linked for Life and you can find all you need to know (including designs, prices and booking) here.
Do you repair watches?
Unfortunately we no longer repair watches.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! Gift Vouchers can be purchased in-store or online here. We offer both standard Class A Jewellers vouchers, as well as vouchers specifically for our Linked for Life permanent jewellery experience.
Do you have gemmologists on staff?
Yes, we do! We have FGAA Graduate Gemmologists who will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
How do I find out my finger size?
The most accurate way to find out your finger size is to visit our showroom and have your finger professionally sized by one of our friendly sales assistants. No appointment is required for this service. Alternatively, if you can’t make it to our Showroom, please refer to our Ring Size Guide for helpful tips on how to measure your finger at home.
How much does it cost to have my ring rhodium plated?
Rhodium plating starts from $120 per ring. If the ring was purchased from Class A, the cost is $60 per ring.
Do you value jewellery?
We offer valuation services exclusively for jewellery purchased from Class A Jewellers.
Do you buy gold or jewellery?
No, unfortunately we do not buy gold, jewellery, loose gemstones or watches.
Aftercare
Does my Class A purchase have a warranty?
All jewellery manufactured by Class A Jewellers comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Learn more about Lifetime Warranty here.
How do I clean my jewellery?
All jewellery manufactured by Class A is eligible for complimentary lifetime cleaning. A booking is not required to have your Class A piece cleaned. A ring can generally be cleaned and polished while you wait, however larger items or multiple pieces may need to be left with us.

Which company do you recommend I use to insure my purchase?
We recommend using Q Report Jewellery Insurance. You will be insured worldwide for damage, theft or even loss. It is an agreed value policy with many more features and benefits, including the ability to return to Class A as your preferred jeweller for replacement or repair.

I’ve proposed to my partner and the ring is the wrong size - can it be changed?
All Class A rings are entitled to one complimentary resize within the first 12 months of purchase*. Please have your partner visit us with the ring and we will be able to size their finger and provide further advice.
