In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to B & J Mucklow Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Class A Manufacturing Jewellers. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of Australia only.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Product Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our prices are current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered however we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Pricing as shown on this website is not applicable for insurance replacements.

LINKED FOR LIFE

We will not charge you $30 at the time of booking, but a hold will be placed on your credit card to secure your appointment.
Bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability) or cancelled up to 24 hours’ prior to the appointment.
In the case of late cancellation, late arrival or no-show, a $30 fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account.
In the event that you decide not to proceed with the Linked for Life service at the time of your scheduled appointment, a $30 fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account.
The minimum age for our Linked for Life service is 12. If you are between the ages of 12 and 16, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to your appointment.
Enclosed footwear is mandatory for all anklet bookings (sandals/slides not permitted). Failure to wear enclosed footwear will result in Class A being unable to fulfil the appointment and a $30 fee will be charged.
The Linked for Life piece will be attached to your wrist/ankle by a representative of Class A by laser soldering the two ends of the chain together.
You must comply with all instructions given by any representative of Class A involved in the attachment of your Linked for Life piece. Failure to follow those instructions in their entirety may result in you suffering an injury or otherwise suffering a loss, for which Class A will not be responsible.
The Linked for Life piece, once attached to your wrist/ankle, cannot be removed without being cut off (or otherwise damaged or broken).
Your use of the Linked for Life piece, and the removal of the Linked for Life piece from your wrist/ankle, will be at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Class A will have no liability to you for any losses, damages, costs, liabilities or expenses arising out of, directly or indirectly from, in relation to, or otherwise in connection with, the attaching of the Linked for Life piece to your wrist/ankle and/or your use of the Linked for Life piece.

Rescheduling or Cancellation Linked For Life

In the event of late rescheduling or cancellation (within 24 hours), a fee of $30 will be charged to the credit card associated with your account.
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled via the link in your booking confirmation email or by calling us directly on 08 8344 7722.
In the event that you decide not to proceed with the Linked for Life service at the time of your scheduled appointment, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account. This fee covers administrative and preparation costs associated with your booking.
By booking an appointment for the Linked for Life service, you are reserving a dedicated time slot that could be utilised by another client. If you are unsure if permanent jewellery is suitable for you, we encourage you to visit our showroom to view the designs prior to placing a booking, or reach out to our friendly team who are able to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Late Arrivals or No Show

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment. Due to the demand for places, we cannot hold your booking time as this will result in subsequent appointments running behind time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will need to re-book your appointment at a later date and a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account.
In the event of no-show for your scheduled appointment, a $30 fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account.

Custom and Engraved Linked For Life

An upfront deposit of $200 is required for all Custom Engraved pieces.
The booking deposit is non-refundable for engraved pieces and will be forfeited in the case of cancellation or no-show.
Custom Engraved pieces are considered bespoke and, as such, sales are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Custom Engraved pieces require fourteen (14) business days’ notice for manufacturing.
Class A accepts no responsibility for any errors made when entering the engraving details at the time of booking. Further changes cannot be made once the booking is submitted.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to re-book your appointment at a later date and a $30 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Appointments may be rescheduled via the link in your booking confirmation email or by calling us directly on 08 8344 7722. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $30 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Linked For Life Warranty

The chain of your Linked for Life piece is delicate in nature and can be damaged in a number of ways, including by being caught on other objects, and so must be treated with care.

If your Linked for Life piece breaks:
- within thirty (30) days after being attached to your wrist/ankle for the first time, we will reattach it free of charge (but will not replace or otherwise repair it).
- at any time after that thirty (30) day period, we will not be responsible for any costs related in any way to the reattachment or replacement of the Linked for Life piece to your wrist/ankle, unless deemed a manufacturing fault.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or accident.
Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party will void this warranty. Additionally, any alterations made to the original design of the jewellery by a third party, will also void this warranty.
All metals will tarnish over time, but the process will be accelerated if the piece has contact with agents such as perfume, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin pH. The amount of tarnishing (oxidisation) that occurs depends on your skin and jewellery care habits. Tarnishing due to the above reasons, is not covered under this warranty.
We take no responsibility for the loss of your Linked for Life piece/s.
All jewellery manufactured by Class A Jewellers comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your Linked for Life piece is deemed faulty by our jewellers, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Linked For Life Aftercare

Aftercare appointments are exclusively for previous Linked for Life clients. If you have not previously had a Linked for Life appointment, the booking will be unsuccessful.
An Aftercare appointment is for relinking your Linked for Life piece if it has become unattached, tightening it if it is too loose, or to add a charm. This appointment type is limited strictly to these services and cannot accommodate requests beyond this such as converting a bracelet to an anklet or lengthening a piece. For other enquiries or requests, please contact us to discuss your options.
Aftercare appointments cannot be made for new client bookings or to solder jewellery purchased elsewhere.

Relinking or Tightening

If it is within the thirty (30) day warranty period, we will reattach it free of charge (but will not replace or otherwise repair it). Please note this warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or accident. Refer to our Warranty section for further details.
If it is outside of the warranty period or the piece has become unattached due to misuse or accidental damage, a $30 relinking fee applies to reattach the piece to your wrist/ankle.
If the piece is still attached to your wrist/ankle but needs tightening, a $30 fee applies.
If the chain links are stretched as a result of wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage, we cannot guarantee the piece against future breakages once relinked and a waiver will need to be signed prior to the jewellers reattaching the piece.

Personalised Charm Bracelet

Each Personalised Charm Bracelet is crafted to order and customised with your chosen initials, charms, and stones. As these pieces are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and production will not begin until payment has been received. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of order, as changes cannot be made once your bracelet has been submitted for production.

Please allow four business days from purchase for your Personalised Charm Bracelet to be crafted by our jewellers ahead of your Linked for Life appointment. We look forward to welcoming you into the showroom to have your bracelet permanently welded.

Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any incorrect description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

Product Orders

We supply and despatch our products to customers within Australia only.

We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and payment details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

We undertake to accept or reject your order within Three (3) days. If we have not responded to you within Three (3) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

Product Returns

We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us by means of email or phone.

We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within Fourteen (14) days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.

Gift Vouchers

Class A Jewellers gift vouchers can be purchased via our website.

All gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All gift vouchers have an expiry date of three (3) years from date of purchase.

For In-Store Gift Vouchers purchased online, a physical voucher will be shipped to your nominated address. This voucher type can be redeemed in our brick-and-mortar store only. In-Store Gift Vouchers can be used partially or used in full. If only partially used, the balance can be used on subsequent transactions. If there is any additional amount still owing after applying the gift voucher, further payment details will be required to pay for any outstanding amount.

Linked for Life Gift Vouchers are redeemable on our in-store Linked for Life experience only. Any remaining balance will be issued as an in-store Class A Jewellers Gift Voucher. To redeem a Linked for Life Gift Voucher, it must be presented at the Linked for Life appointment.

Complimentary Ring Resizing Policy

Class A Jewellers rings are entitled to one complimentary resize within the first 12 months of purchase.

Complimentary resizes are subject to the design of the ring and the size required. For significant adjustments, fees may apply and/or it may be necessary to remanufacture the ring in the desired size to maintain its structural integrity. Please be aware that not all designs are able to be resized.

Complimentary Rhodium Plating Policy

White gold rings purchased from Class A Jewellers are entitled to one complimentary rhodium plating service within the first 18 months. Complimentary rhodium plating is valid solely for white gold rings, excluding all other types of jewellery and metals.

Beyond the initial complimentary plating, our rhodium plating service is offered at a discounted price for Class A rings.

Site Access

When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.

The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools. The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatag or mirroring of our website.

Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.

Indemnity

By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

Force Majeure

If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than Thirty (30), we may terminate this Agreement by giving at least Seven (7) Notice to you. “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which we could not reasonably have exercised control.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australian and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in South Australian and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.
