Returns & Replacements 

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If something isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order.

If you simply change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email within 60 minutes of placing your order. Order cancellations made outside of this window cannot be guaranteed.

How do I return products to Class A?

Email us at customercare@classa.com.au with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: 

• The item must be undamaged, in original condition with the original box/pouch.
• The original receipt must be included with your order.
• Any initial postage charges will not be refunded.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.
• The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested.
• Damage to chains caused by wear and tear is not eligible for refund.
