From our Adelaide workshop to your doorstep, every Class A order is carefully packaged and sent with tracking and signature on delivery, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely.

Australian Shipping

We offer complimentary Express Shipping Australia wide on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

For ready to ship jewellery, please allow approximately 2–4 business days for delivery from the time your payment is received.

Delivery may be quicker within South Australia and metropolitan areas, while regional and remote locations may take a little longer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post services.

Receiving Your Order

As all parcels require a signature on delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive your order during business hours.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Australia Post will generally redirect your parcel to a nearby Post Office for collection.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide your full and correct shipping address, email address and contact phone number at checkout.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL International Express with tracking and signature on delivery.

For ready to ship jewellery, please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery from the time your payment is received.

Made to order jewellery will be dispatched once completed. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your destination, customs processing and local courier services.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order for information on any applicable charges.

Made to Order & Personalised Pieces

Some Class A pieces are handcrafted especially for you and require additional time before dispatch.

Our general production timeframes are:

Ready to Ship Jewellery: Same day or next business day.
Ready to Ship Jewellery with Engraving: Please allow 2 business days for engraving on ready to wear pieces.
Made to Order & Bespoke Jewellery: Approximately 5–6 weeks.
Personalised Charm Necklaces & Bracelets: Approximately 4 business days.
Astra Pinky Rings with Resizing: Ready in approximately 7 days.

Please note that production timeframes are separate from shipping timeframes and may vary depending on the design and any customisation required.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that made to order and personalised pieces require additional production time before dispatch.

Christmas Shipping Cut Off

Make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas.

Place your online order for ready to ship jewellery by 1pm on Tuesday, 22 December 2026 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express with signature on delivery.

Please note that this cut off applies to ready to ship pieces only. Made to order and personalised jewellery require additional production time.

Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed and is subject to Australia Post transit times and any unforeseen delays.

Out of Stock Items

While we do our best to keep our online availability up to date, occasionally a piece may sell out in our Walkerville showroom before our website has been updated.

If this happens, our team will contact you within one business day to discuss your options.

If your chosen piece can be made to order, we'll provide an updated timeframe and give you the option to proceed or receive a refund.

If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll arrange a refund.
