Shipping policy

Australia

We offer Complimentary Express Shipping in Australia for orders over $150. For any orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. All orders are shipped with Australia Post Express Service - Signature on Delivery. 

For ready to ship items, we aim to have the order to you within 2-4 business days from receiving payment – quicker if you live in South Australia or a capital city and longer if you live in a remote area.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your work address or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If there is no-one at the delivery address, your order will be sent to the nearest post office.

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address, including company name where relevant, email for tracking updates and a contact telephone number.

 

USA

We offer Express Shipping for to USA for Flat Fee $100 AUD. Please note we are not able to ship to international PO Box addresses.

 

International 

We offer complimentary Express Shipping for international orders with a value above $1,000. Orders up to $1,000 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $100. All orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express with Signature on Delivery. Please note we are unable to ship to international PO Box addresses.

For ready to ship items, we aim to have your order delivered within 5–7 business days from receiving payment. Made to order items will be shipped once completed, and you will receive order progress updates and tracking notifications throughout the process.

Please note that international shipping charges do not include any import duties, taxes or customs fees. Any duties, taxes or other charges imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

 

Out of Stock

We update our product availability regularly however in some instances, a piece may sell out in our Walkerville Showroom before it is removed from our online store. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will be unable to deliver your items in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot custom make, we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can make to order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
