From a Tinder swipe to a proposal at Disneyland Paris, Stellios Ketses and Andrew Munckton’s love story proves the best things often happen when you least expect them. Celebrating 10 years together in 2026, the couple have built a life filled with family, food, wine, and three very loved corgis.
After two failed proposal attempts thanks to circumstances outside Andrew’s control, the third time truly was the charm. In the heart of Disneyland Paris, Andrew proposed using his late father’s ring, a deeply sentimental piece that the couple later redesigned together using diamonds gifted from Andrew’s mum. The finished ring became more than jewellery; it became a tribute to family, love, and the future they’re building together.

The Proposal
Tell us about how you two first met:
Although Andrew will spin this cute little story about how we met… it was bluntly Tinder. Purely because we both weren’t expecting anything and just wanted to have fun swiping left and right!
How long have you been together?
As of 26th of March 2026… it will be 10 years! That’s like 50 years in gay years!
What is your proposal story? We want to hear all the details:
Andrew tried to propose three times — the first two were completely ruined by circumstances out of his control. When it finally happened, he proposed with his dad’s ring, which we later redesigned together using his mum’s diamonds. It’s such a special piece — a tribute to his dad who’s no longer with us, and a beautiful way to carry family with us every day.

The Rings
Stellios' ring was a bespoke Class A design.
Stellios’ ring was all about creating something a bit different. We went with a mix of yellow and white gold to tie in with the crucifix his parents gave him, and of course — it needed some sparkle. Men deserve more than just a plain band, so we wanted something with a bit of design and personality. Andrew’s mum gave us the diamonds, which made it all possible. Now it’s not just a ring, it’s something we can pass down through the family.
Daniel was fantastic. He made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the start. As a same-sex couple, we were a bit nervous going into the process after a few not-so-great experiences, but he completely put us at ease. The whole experience felt inclusive, respectful, and just really positive — we felt valued the entire time.

The Wedding
Stellios and Andrew shared vows on 22th March 2025 at Mandalay House and Garden
We got married at Mandalay House and Garden on 22 March 2025. It was a fabulous day — a mix of drama, mood, a bit of demure, exotic flowers, indulgent food and wine, Greek traditions, and all our favourite people. It wasn’t just a wedding, it was an experience from start to finish.

Congratulations Stellios and Andrew on your beautiful wedding and the incredible journey you’ve shared together so far. It was such a privilege for the Class A team to be part of creating rings that hold so much meaning.
