After nearly five years together, Geordi and Rosalia’s love story came full circle with a beautiful and thoughtful proposal in the Adelaide Himeji Garden. What began as what Rosalia thought was a simple ladies’ lunch turned into a heartfelt surprise, as she was instead greeted by Geordi and led through the peaceful gardens to a stunning picnic setup. Surrounded by nature and completely caught off guard, Geordi got down on one knee and asked the question, creating a moment that felt truly meant to be.
Rosalia’s ring is as unique as their story, featuring a distinctive wavy band and diamond that feels both modern and timeless. A Class A design she had fallen in love with thoughtfully chosen by Geordi as the perfect reflection of her style.
The Proposal
Geordi proposed to Rosalia at Himeji Gardens on 27th December 2025
What Rosalia thought would be a ladies’ lunch with some friends turned out to be a surprise picnic that Geordi had carefully planned. Her friends dropped her off at the location, and instead of the lunch she thought she was going to, she was greeted by the love of her life, Geordi, ready to take her on a picnic she never expected. He walked her through the beautiful, scenic garden until they arrived at the picnic setup, which had a stunning, picturesque view. Then, he went down on one knee and popped the question. After she said yes, they enjoyed an incredible picnic lunch together and even face timed their loved ones to share the special moment. Later, they returned to a big gathering with their closest friends and family to celebrate. It couldn’t have been more perfect for both of them.
The Ring

What is your favourite aspect of your ring?
I am absolutely in love with my ring. It’s different in the best way, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I was drawn to it because of its distinctive design, it’s not what a typical engagement ring looks like, and that’s what makes it so special to me. I wanted a wavy band and diamond that felt unique yet timeless, and this ring captures that perfectly.
Why did you choose Class A?
I’ve always loved Class A Jewellers and have always bought my jewellery from them, which is why I gave my fiancé a hint that it was where I’d love to choose my ring. One day, after grabbing a coffee next door at Yolk Café, we popped in just to browse, and that’s when I first fell in love with the Naia ring design. Little did I know, my fiancé later went ahead and chose that very one for me. They let us explore all of their beautiful, high-quality designs, and even though we hadn’t planned for a day of ring shopping, we were treated with warmth and respect the entire time. The staff are always so patient, especially with my desire to try on almost everything in the shop. They were happy to adjust and accommodate our needs, which made the experience even more special. When I tried on the Naia design, I really liked it, and what made it even more special was that my fiancé loved it even more and felt it suited me perfectly. I’m so glad he trusted his instinct, because it truly feels like me. I’d like to thank everyone at Class A Jewellers for their incredible service and friendliness. I haven’t stopped staring at and admiring my ring since I received it. I feel so grateful and blessed.
