Olivia and Sam’s story is one of lifelong familiarity turned lasting love. Having known each other since their school days, the couple have spent the past five years building a relationship grounded in friendship, shared experiences and a vision for the future. Sam’s proposal at Henley Beach was beautifully personal, centred around all of Olivia’s favourite things. After a morning at the gym, brunch together and a walk along the coastline, he surprised her by getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him. With Olivia’s sister secretly capturing the moment and a family celebration to follow, it was a proposal filled with thoughtfulness, love and the people who matter most.
The Proposal
Sam proposed to Olivia at Henley Beach on 16th May 2026
Our proposal day was honestly my dream date day from start to finish. We started the morning doing gym together, which is one of my favourite things to do with him, then went out for the best brunch. After brunch we went for a walk along the beach, and the whole day already felt so special because it was everything I love all in one day, and he knew that. While we were walking, he looked at me and said, “You know what would make this date day even more perfect?” and then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the most surprising and perfect moment ever. He had even organised for my sister to be hiding away capturing the whole proposal for us, which made it even more special. Afterward, we went home to get ready for the beautiful dinner he had planned with both of our families to celebrate. It truly was the most perfect day and a moment I’ll never forget.

What is your favourite aspect of your ring?
My trilogy ring is truly my dream ring. I’ve loved the trilogy design for years and never once looked at another style because nothing else compared. My favourite part is the two tone design, the silver prongs make the diamonds blend so seamlessly and gives the ring such an elegant look. The ratio of the diamonds is absolutely perfect and balances so beautifully on my hand. It’s everything I ever imagined and more, it’s perfect!
Why did you choose Class A?
Finding my dream ring was such a special experience because we got to do it together. We made a cute little date day out of trying on rings and seeing what we both loved. I had always dreamed of a trilogy design, and once I saw it in person, I knew it was the one. We were also inspired by my beautiful sister’s ring from Class A, and after seeing the quality and craftsmanship firsthand, choosing Class A felt so easy.
