Alexis and Corey were married at the historic Barunah Plains estate in Victoria, creating a celebration inspired by the warm, effortless feeling of a European summer. Their day blended classic styling, chocolate silk tones and sunlit outdoor moments, all brought to life by an incredible team of creatives.
Alexis chose a bold yet timeless 4mm gold wedding band from Class A to pair with her marquise engagement ring, a combination she instantly connected with and continues to receive daily compliments on.
Their favourite memories included the emotional moment they saw each other at the end of the aisle, a lively bridal entrance that turned the reception into a dance party before dinner, and sharing pasta at sunset with loved ones before dancing under the stars. Personal touches made the day unforgettable, from handwritten Italian menus by Alexis’s Nonna to personalised letters for each of their 220 guests.
The celebrations continue next year, with a relaxed and romantic European honeymoon on the horizon.

What was the styling inspiration for your wedding day?
We wanted the whole day to feel like a European summer - effortless, elegant and fun. Barunah Plains already has that old-world charm, so we leaned into classic tones, lace, chocolate silk bridesmaid dresses, and beautiful Italian food. Everyone wore summer colours which made the whole day feel warm, happy, and stylish!
The Rings
Alexis' rings are our signature Monique solitaire marquise engagement ring paired with our Maia 4mm Gold Band.
Alexis' wedding jewellery are Class A Raha Diamond Ear Jackets paired with claw set Diamond Studs.
What is your favourite aspect of your rings?
I could not be more in love with my wedding ring stack. My wedding band is a thick 4mm gold band and I’m genuinely obsessed with how it pairs so perfectly with my marquise engagement ring - It’s bold yet simple and timeless, and felt instantly “me.” I genuinely receive compliments on my rings every single day 🥹♥️
Seeing Corey at the end of the aisle was honestly one of the most emotional moments of my life - it felt like everything paused and it was just us. Our bridal entrance into the reception was another highlight, it instantly turned into a huge dance party before dinner was even served and completely set the tone for the night. The reception itself felt like a dream! So much love and laughter shared as we indulged in the most incredible pasta whilst the sun set behind the ivy-covered house, followed by dancing under the stars into the night with all the people we love. It honestly felt like a movie!
We had so many personal touches that made the day feel really special. Both of my parents walked me down the aisle, which was such a meaningful moment. Whilst we signed our papers, we had Corey’s little sister Shianne sing to everyone. During our poolside canapé hour, guests collected personalised letters that we had written for all 220 of our guests, which also had their table number written at the bottom, so it doubled as a beautiful little keepsake and a practical detail. My Nonna added her magic too, with her handwritten menus in Italian and our welcome cards with a piece of her advice in Italian, along with a photo and the English translation underneath. It was one of the most loved parts of the whole day.
