As many modern love stories go, Isabella and Alastair first met online. Isabella recalls them hitting it off as soon as they matched and the rest was history!
The Proposal
Tell us about the proposal:
Alastair told me he was taking me to a fancy dinner for our anniversary, at ITL. When we arrived at EOS, we got in the elevator and Alastair pushed the button for the fifth floor instead of the first floor, which is when I started to get suspicious. He led me to a large suite he had booked for the weekend, and when he opened the door, the room was completely decked out filled with flowers, candles, balloons, fairy lights, photos, the works!
Alastair led me to the bedroom where he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. After an hour of enjoying some champagne in the room and soaking up the moment, he told me we did in fact have dinner booked downstairs at ITL. We went downstairs and were surprised with all of our family waiting at the restaurant, who we celebrated with and had a lovely dinner and drinks. We then stayed in the stunning suite for the weekend and enjoyed being a newly engaged couple.
What are you most looking forward to about being married?:
We can’t wait to build a life together and start this new chapter together as husband and wife.
The Ring
What is your favourite aspect of your ring?
I am in love with my ring! It’s a stunning radiant cut diamond on a yellow gold band set with round and marquise diamonds and a hidden halo.
It’s been 4 months and I still stare at it everyday! I love how the lights catch the diamonds at every angle, and it’s always shining.
Why did you choose Class A?:
We had heard good things about Class A in the past. Alastair knew what shape/style of ring I liked, but the rest was up to him - so the proposal was a complete surprise! Class A and Alastair absolutely exceeded my expectations with this ring. We can’t wait to come back to Class A to design our wedding bands.
