What does jewellery remodelling involve?

Alternatively, a piece of jewellery may simply need a little rejuvenation. We can give your piece the ultimate makeover through resizing and rhodium plating your rings, renewing settings, soldering charms, repairing chains and more.
How is it done?
The first step is to bring the piece of jewellery into our showroom for an initial consult with our experienced jewellery designer. Here, you're able to discuss the customisation of your piece and bring your vision to life, while being soundly guided to ensure that it turns out exactly the way you want it.
It can be helpful to make use of our interactive ring bench for inspiration during this time. Our Ring Bench boasts over 370 unique designs, allowing you to try on and get excited about your ring's new look!
You'll be taken through the process and even shown exactly how your jewellery will look using our advanced 3D software.
You can then look forward to your second consult, which often involves being given a resin or silver model of your remodelled jewellery. This allows you to gain a feel for your piece's new design, and allows us to make any necessary adjustments and tweaks.
While in the safe hands of our team of expert jewellers, your piece will then be worked on with the utmost time and care. It is important to us that your jewellery not only is given a fresh, updated appearance, but still maintains the same sentimental feeling it has always given you.
After 4-6 weeks, you will then be able to collect your remodelled piece and fall in love with it all over again!
