Our Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there are any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace your jewellery at no cost to you.

  • Loss of Stones Due to Manufacturing Defects: Should any stones become dislodged and lost due to a fault in our craftsmanship, we will replace them at no cost to you.


Exclusions:

While our commitment to quality is unwavering, it's important to note that certain aspects fall outside the scope of our warranty coverage, including:

  • Wear and Tear: Any damage caused by general wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, discolouration or worn settings, is not covered by our warranty.

  • Damage Due to Misuse: If your jewellery is damaged in any way due to improper handling, misuse, or neglect, it will not be covered under our warranty.

  • Loss or Damage of Stones Due to Wear and Tear or Misuse: While we replace stones that have fallen out due to a manufacturing fault, our warranty does not cover the loss or damage of stones resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.

  • Alterations by Third Parties: Any modifications or alterations made to your jewellery by a third party will void the warranty.

How to Make a Claim:

Making a claim under our Lifetime Warranty is easy. Simply bring your jewellery into our showroom, along with your original proof of purchase, and our expert jewellers will carefully examine the piece to determine if the issue falls within the scope of our warranty coverage. If so, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements promptly. Should our evaluation reveal that the issue is not covered under our warranty, we will discuss alternative solutions with you, along with any costs involved.

Annual Inspection Recommendation:

For ongoing care and to uphold the quality of your jewellery under our Lifetime Warranty, we highly recommend an annual inspection by our expert jewellers. During this inspection, not only will we carefully examine each piece for any concerns, but we will also provide a complimentary cleaning and polishing service.
