We know that these times of uncertainty are bringing about a number of changes, within both our personal lives and the world as a whole. We would like to inform you of our response to the latest developments, and also reassure you of our continued service and dedication to you, as always. 

In response to the most recent events, we have made some changes to our in-store and general business practices to protect the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers and our staff.

  • Currently we remain open with our trading hours as usual, however considering the rapidly changing nature of the situation, this is subject to change. We will keep you updated on any changes in regulations that affect our trading hours or business practices, and continue to offer our heartfelt service and assistance to you.
  • Our showroom is being professionally cleaned on a regular basis, and all staff have been trained on how to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in all departments within our shop. This includes the regular sanitisation of all benches, counters, equipment, door handles etc, and of course, our hands. Hand sanitiser is available at our door, and we kindly ask that all customers utilise this prior to entering. In order to protect yourself and others, we also ask that you please respect the social distancing rules by remaining 1.5m away from other customers and staff members during your time in our store.

  • Additionally, we are offering the option to have your items purchased and picked up from our on-site car park. Purchases can be processed through EFTPOS and brought to you, without you having to leave your car. Please give us a call or contact us via email to arrange this.

  • We are now offering online consults via Zoom for any custom designs or remodelling enquiries. To book an appointment, please visit our Schedule Appointment page and fill in the form, selecting 'Online Appointment' as the Location. We will respond with a confirmation of the meeting’s date and time, along with instructions on how to proceed using Zoom. 
  • Should you wish to limit your social interaction during this time, you will still be able to purchase online and browse through a wide range of our products just as before. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling unwell, please do not visit our store. Simply let us know and we can arrange to have your items mailed to you.
