Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Shipping Australia-wide for orders over $100. For any orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.

Please note: We are unable to process International orders.

Within Australia, if orders and payment are received before 1pm Central Standard Time on a business day, it will be sent that day.

We aim to have the order to you within 2 business days – quicker if you live in South Australia or a capital city and longer if you live in a remote area.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm.  If there is no-one at the delivery address, your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary and at least one contact telephone number

We update our sites product availability regularly however in some very rare instances, another customer may have selected to purchase the same product as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will be unable to deliver your items in the usual delivery period.  If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can reorder we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

Returns & Replacements

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers.  We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us.  If something isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of placing your order.  
If you simply change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email.

Please note:
  • The item must be undamaged, in original condition
  • You need to send the original receipt with your order
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of the order date.  
  • The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested.
