Delivery will be via Express Post. Due to the value of your pieces, a signature will be required upon delivery of the parcel. If you aren’t available to sign for the parcel it will be held at the nearest Post Office. We will send you the tracking details when the parcel has been sent, so you can keep track of when to expect delivery.
Jewellery manufactured by Class A Jewellers comes with a lifetime warranty which covers defects as a result of the manufacturing process only. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty and a repair fee is incurred.
Class A Jewellers accepts returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. We do not accept returns on bespoke pieces or pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
