The Proposal

"Brodie and I went on a trip to Byron Bay in July 2019. One of the days, Brodie suggested I get a massage. While I was there, he bought an "interim ring" from a local jeweller - a silver leaf ring. That evening we went to look at Rae's at Wategos to make a booking for my birthday dinner. We went for a walk down the beach and sat on a rock at Wategos Beach. The sun was setting and the tide started coming in. I stood up because the waves were starting to hit us. When I looked down, Brodie was kneeling in front of me, with his knee in the water! It was perfect, special and very us."

The Ring

"After we got engaged, I spent a lot of time looking through Pinterest for ring inspiration. I knew I didn't want a diamond engagement ring, I wanted something a bit different - a bit boho, beachy, modern. I took some photos into Class A Jewellers and met with Daniel. He was amazing! He made the process so easy and he created exactly what was in my mind. The end result was the aquamarine pear engagement ring and diamond marquise wedding ring, both bezel settings in platinum. Daniel sent me digital ring designs, then I tried on the silver model rings and finally the real rings were created. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you Daniel and the Class A Jewellers team for creating my dream rings."

Favourite Moment

"The whole day was so wonderful, relaxing and fun! Some favourite moments were: - getting ready with our bridesmaids and groomsmen - our "First Look" down the beach before the ceremony - being with our family & friends at the ceremony - dancing the night away at the reception."
