"It was a Monday of the long weekend in March 2019. James had arranged a date for us (after me heckling him to do so for several months). However we had a big couple of days with birthdays and wine tours and I put up quite the fight to go! James convinced me to get ready and we travelled up to Greenhill Winery and as we stepped outside, a teepee and picnic was set up overlooking the vineyard. I thought this was far too romantic for James and was immediately suss on the situation however I went along with it. James set up the camera for a picture of us and as he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him the camera stand fell down. We got one picture of me 'ugly crying'."
"James took complete control with this. I had dropped subtle hints of preferring a square diamond however James made the decision to go with oval and honestly he did such an amazing job designing it - it’s beautiful."
"Seeing each other for the first time while walking down the aisle and the entire ceremony was so much fun and the exchange of our promises to each other (there were a couple of laughs!)"
