"While building our new home, Raff and I would go there most weekends to see how it was coming along, so it didn't seem unusual when he suggested to go past one Sunday morning. When we arrived and opened the door, there were rose petals and candles leading to what is now our loungeroom, with a little sign saying "Will you Marry Me?"
Raff had also arranged for our families and close friends to be a part of it. They were all waiting across the road at our family friends' home where we went to celebrate with champagne and brunch. It was one of the most memorable days ever!"
"Raff knew I wanted to be a part of the designing process for our rings. He wanted to keep the proposal a big surprise, so after we were engaged we went to Class A Jewellers together to choose my engagement ring - a beautiful platinum set halo design. It was such a wonderful experience and I couldn't be happier with my design. I've had my ring for more than a year now and I'm still so in love with it."
"There were so many amazing moments on our wedding day.The whole thing was a dream come true. But some of the biggest highlights would have to be when we first saw each other at the church. It's so nerve wracking when you're about to walk down the aisle, but as soon as we saw each other we couldn't stop smiling.
Another highlight would have to be when I first saw my Dad in the morning. We hadn't really seen each other, being so busy with hair and makeup, so it was a very overwhelming moment for us both when he first saw me in my dress. Lots of happy tears and laughter.
We also loved sharing every single moment with our amazing bridal party. They all mean the world to us and we felt so lucky to have shared it with them by our sides. They made every part of the day so fun and memorable."
